Michael is a Director of Aussieshopping Property & Investment Group Pty Ltd, supporting property development, foreign investment and FIRB-related opportunities throughout Queensland, including projects promoted through Konstruct Property Group. He is also a Partner and investor in Formrite Solutions Pty Ltd and Formrite Services Group, contributing to formwork management, construction workforce delivery and major building projects.

With more than 30 years of leadership experience, Michael has worked across mining, oil and gas, construction, labour hire, manufacturing and infrastructure. He served in senior management as General Manager of People Resourcing Pty Ltd, a $100 million-plus business with nine Australian regional offices and approximately 100 internal staff. A major career achievement was managing a PSA labour supply contract for the Thiess John Holland Joint Venture on Brisbane’s Airport Link Tunnel, coordinating more than 2,500 construction personnel.

Earlier in his career, Michael held production management and team leadership roles with Amcor Packaging, Smorgon ARC Steel and CSR Woodpanels, overseeing production planning, workforce performance, safety, quality and high-volume manufacturing output. He studied Information Technology at James Cook University and has established software, SaaS, digital advertising and marketing businesses, including CityAds and Send N Share. As Chairman of QHITPA, he applies his property, construction, technology and international business experience to strengthen Queensland–Hunan trade and investment relationships.

Samuel Warne - 黄裕胜 (Huang Yu Sheng) is a Director of Goldring Property Group Pty Ltd, a Brisbane-based real estate agency supporting property sales, investment and development opportunities.

He has extensive experience promoting commercial engagement and investment between Australia and China, with established relationships across investors, business leaders, government representatives and industry organisations. In 2014, Samuel - 黄裕胜 (Huang Yu Sheng) facilitated Chinese investor participation in the Queensland Investment Expo. In 2016, he organised an Australian trade delegation to Changsha, Shanghai, Nantong, Beijing and Dalian.

These initiatives contributed to the establishment of QHITPA Inc. as a platform for strengthening Queensland–Hunan trade and investment under the China–Australia Free Trade Agreement. As President, Samuel -黄裕胜 (Huang Yu Sheng) continues to support business introductions, property investment, trade delegations and long-term Australia–China commercial relationships.

Jeffrey is a barrister admitted to practise in the High Court of Australia, with extensive experience providing legal services to Queensland Government departments.

He brings strong expertise in government processes, regulatory matters, legal governance and professional advisory services. As Secretary of QHITPA, Jeffrey supports the Association’s governance, compliance and engagement with government, business and institutional stakeholders.

Gordon oversees QHITPA’s financial management, including budgeting, financial reporting, risk management and strategic financial planning.

With more than 25 years of banking and finance experience with ANZ and Westpac, Gordon brings strong expertise in financial governance, commercial assessment and long-term financial planning. He helps maintain the Association’s financial accountability, operational stability and sustainable growth.
